1. Who we are

TeamsXD (“we”, “us”) provides a web platform for asynchronous team updates through AI interviews, individual minutes, scheduled team summaries and an internal query chat.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we process when you use teamsxd.com and related services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use TeamsXD, we may process:

  • Account data: name, email address and company details you provide when registering or being invited.
  • Team and workspace data: team membership, roles, settings and scheduling preferences.
  • Interview content: chat and voice transcripts, generated minutes, summaries and knowledge items created inside your company workspace.
  • Technical data: basic logs needed to operate the service (for example timestamps, security events and delivery status of emails).

3. How we use information

We use this information to:

  • Provide, maintain and improve the TeamsXD service.
  • Run AI-assisted interviews and generate minutes, team summaries and knowledge extracts.
  • Send magic-link authentication emails, interview invites and scheduled summary emails.
  • Protect the platform against abuse and ensure company-scoped access control.
  • Communicate service-related notices when necessary.

4. Company-scoped visibility

TeamsXD is designed so interview transcripts, minutes, summaries and knowledge are visible within your company workspace according to product roles and team settings.

We do not sell your personal data. Content from one company is not exposed to other companies.

5. Processors and AI providers

To deliver the product we use infrastructure and AI providers under contract (for example hosting, email delivery and model APIs). Those providers process data only to provide their services to us and are not permitted to use your company content for unrelated purposes.

API keys and secrets are stored in environment configuration, not in application databases exposed to end users.

6. Retention

We retain account and workspace data while your company account is active and as needed to provide the service. If content is deleted through the product (for example soft-deleted records), it is removed from active use according to our deletion workflows.

You may request account or company deletion by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a SaaS product, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and signed, expiring invite/authentication links. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Your choices

Depending on your role, you can update profile details, manage team membership and workspace settings, and request deletion of your account. Company administrators can manage users and teams inside the product.

9. International processing

TeamsXD may process data in countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
