Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing or using TeamsXD (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that company.

2. The Service

TeamsXD provides tools for asynchronous team updates, including AI interviews (chat/voice), individual minutes, scheduled team summaries, knowledge extraction and an internal query chat.

Features may evolve over time. We may add, change or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice when a change is material.

3. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to magic links and invite links sent to your email.
  • Company admins are responsible for managing users, teams and permissions inside their workspace.
  • You may not attempt to access another company’s data or circumvent security controls.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
  • Upload or generate content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Resell, scrape or misuse the Service in ways that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of the content your company submits to the Service (interviews, transcripts, minutes and related workspace data).

You grant TeamsXD a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service for your company (including AI processing needed to generate minutes, summaries and answers).

You are responsible for having the rights to submit content and for how your company uses outputs inside your organization.

6. AI outputs

AI-generated interviews, minutes, summaries and chat answers may be incomplete or incorrect. You should review important outputs before relying on them for business decisions. TeamsXD does not guarantee that AI outputs are error-free.

7. Confidentiality and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Each party agrees to treat non-public information received from the other with reasonable care and use it only for purposes related to the Service.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, failures or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAMSXD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to TeamsXD for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 100 if you use a free plan.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers and limitations) will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
